Well, half marathon, #2, checked off the list. Now I have two medals (yes, they are just finisher medals) proving that I don't just sit around all day. Moral of the story is: Train. I didn't actually train for this one, and it was much harder. Not only did I not train, I had pneumonia for 2 weeks, a week where I didn't eat much, the worst tooth-pain imaginable, and heartburn from mile 2 on. I think that it would have gone 98% better if I trained...and not eaten the buffalo chicken pizza on wednesday.
