My most humble apologies...I have been suffering from "internet doesn't work on my computer here" syndrome. I PROMISE I will get to a place where it works, SOON! Not that you all have noticed or are dying to hear from me or anything...but some pretty big things have happened that I should probably document !

Don't worry, I will return soon. Just in case you are wondering, in espanol that would by "voy a volver pronto!!" (Thank you 2 years of Spanish class in high school, I can also say, "que bebe tan sucio!!" 10 points if you know what means-then you may sense the sarcasm in my thank you...)

I've loved the chance I've had to spend time at Grandma and Grandpa Reber's house! Its been fun to hang out with all of the family and talk to Grandma and Grandpa and learn more about thathem. I've been able to learn a ton and hear a lot of stories!! That will be one thing I will miss about living here on the west coast!!

CHELSEY CAME TO VISIT!

This is the only picture I got of our weekend bi-state adventure. We went to Voodoo Donuts in Portland (apparently a Portland "must-do"...eh, not really worth it...), ate Thai food, played pool, got a bracelet (wahoo Chels!!), won about a million tickets playing "When Pigs Fly" and Skee Ball at the arcade, and played on the swings at a park in the sunshine!! All the makings of a fantastic weekend! Thanks for coming Chels!!

One Month

On the menu...

After spending the last three weeks drooling (don't blame me, I'm kyphotic) over recipes online, I have finally decided to put my cooking to the test.

This is what is on the menu for Sunday dinner:

Pork Chops Stuffed with Feta Cheese and Spinach

Greek Style Stuffed Mushrooms

Steamed Asparagus with Dijon Mustard Sauce

Actually, the asparagus is still up in the air, it might be too much to have all three.

I am literally counting down the hours till then.
